McAteer & Will Estates | Keller Williams Real Estate

After my father passed, we needed an attentive realtor to help since I lived out of state. We were looking for someone who could handle the logistics of a long-distance sale, understood HOA resale requirements, and could guide us through the full inspection process especially following up with local businesses without us needing to be on-site constantly. We chose William Coleman because of his reputation for hands-on communication and follow-through. What stood out most, though, was how sensitive he was to what we were going through. Selling a property from out of state during an already difficult time comes with a lot of moving parts, and having someone who managed the HOA contingencies and septic inspection coordination, while also being genuinely thoughtful about the circumstances, took a real weight off our shoulders. My advice to anyone selling a property remotely, especially during a stressful family transition, is to find a realtor who treats the logistics as their job, not yours, and who brings some compassion to the process. William did both, and our family is forever grateful.

Hector was kind, knowledgeable and very responsive. He helped us get our dream lakehouse and made the process seamless. Would highly recommend. The closing process was also very easy. Hector selected excellent properties to show us and negotiated a good price.

Experienced and effective. Working with Evita was a pleasure! She was always on top of whatever was needed in the moment. She kept things moving forward and was instrumental in helping remove any impediments that popped up. Knowledgeable and responsive. We were lucky to have found her!

Hector did a great job on helping me and my brothers to buy our first property . Would recommend for anybody trying to buy a house. He went above and beyond to take care of my questions and concerns

Great job. This was a complex closing but Hector, Ashley and the entire crew were outstanding. Highly recommended. Timely response on every issue. We purchased two properties from the same seller in two different counties. But, our realtor team guided us through it. We lived 2.5 hours away and the inspections and reviews went well. We used the title company and mortgage company they recommended and negotiated a fair rate for us.
